Lesly has over 5 years of experience in legal practice and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Previously in charge of ORX’s Road Traffic Accident Department, Sarah now heads up Sec Service’s Professional Negligence Department.
Lesly has significant experience in bringing claims against companies regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), particularly those cases relating to negligent advice involving the transfer of pensions.
Lesly is passionate about obtaining the best outcome possible for these clients – for some client settlements, these high-value claims can be life-changing. Sarah also specializes in claims involving unfair lending, unfair relationships, and secret commissions.
